Beautiful 1950s or very possibly early 1960s black strapless taffeta fit and flare party dress with cropped black lace top. This timeless formal features a fitted bodice with folded top and wire stays, heavily gathered full skirt. Zips at the side. The lace boatneck cropped top has a scalloped hem, with eyelash fringe. So pretty!!
