Classy vintage 1950s or possibly early 1960s navy blue fascinator hat by designer Evelyn Varon. This sweet topper is made from a textured silk structured band, with four pieces of canvas adjoining the top with a large silk and velvet flower, with a short veil attached at the top. There are two plastic combs at the side to help keep hat attatched. Perches on the back of the head.
