Vintage 1970s sheer navy blue polka dot dress from luxury label designer Arnold Scaasi. Arnold Scaasi dressed the creme de la creme of A-list celebrities like Mary Tyler Moore, Barbara Streisand, and Lady Barbara Bush, just to name a few. His designs are in museums across the United States, such as The Grand Rapids museum in Michigan. This is truly a special find! This gem is a Victorian inspired design with a high ruffled neck, sheer tulle polka dot overlay, with a daring low cut, puffed sheer sleeves with a ruffled cuff, a very low sheer back that hooks shut with little bows going down the center back, and a slightly full lined tiered skirt. Truly a collector's piece, and a museum worthy find to own and wear!
