Adorable vintage 1950s black felt novelty print circle skirt. This retro full skirt has a darling festive large gold bow with floral print in cord and gold thread with amber rhinestones in the center of the pedals. The felt material is a medium weight, and helps the skirt flare out on its own without a crinoline. Buttons and zips at the back.
